Abstract

Dusun butuh or known as Nepal Van Java is located on the hillside of Mount Sumbing which is a tourist village with main attractions offered in the form of views of Mount Sumbing and various landscapes of vegetable fields owned by residents and the arrangement of local people's houses at the hillside of the mountain. Currently, Nepal Van Java is still in development of structuring tourism products so that the facilities provided for tourists are still restricted. However, Nepal Van Java has a fairly high interest in tourist visits. Thus, the organizer of Nepal Van Java have to start improving the quality of its tourism products. Therefore, researchers conducted a study on the level of tourist satisfaction with tourism products in Nepal Van Java to determine the level of compatibility between performance and the importance of quality tourism products in Nepal Van Java based on Koch's concept in Morrison (2019) which includes hardware, software, and environment. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) as the analytical technique used in this study. The result of this study is that the value of the level of compatibility with a total of 95% indicates that the quality of the performance of Nepal Van Java tourism products has been able to meet expectations or tourists are satisfied.
