Abstract

The hospitality industry is a fast growing industry and is a valuable and profitable asset for the country, especially in the world of tourism. For the hotel industry to be able to provide comfort to employees it is necessary to apply a good work culture. For this reason, hotels, especially the Food & Beverage Department staff, must be able to create a good work culture. This study aims to determine and identify the application of work culture that has been applied by the Food & Beverage Department of The Jayakarta Suites Bandung Hotel. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study method in which data collection techniques using the interview method. Interview data were taken from Waitress, Supervisor, Food & Beverage Manager as implementers of work culture and Human Resource Manager as evaluators of work culture implementation. The results of this study will identify what work culture models are applied by the Food & Beverage Department staff. Keyword : Human Resource, Food & Beverage Department, Working culture.
