Abstract
This study discusses The Employee Maintenance at Paradise Bali Tours, because in achieving a business success, every company must have achievable goals. Success is obtained by managing quality human resources. Quality human resources is one of the company's strengths to achieve this goal, namely maintaining or increasing employee loyalty. Increased employee loyalty can be increased through employee maintenance. Employee maintenance is an activity or method carried out by the company to maintain a loyal attitude or stamina so that employees become more productive in completing their work. This needs to be considered properly and correctly, because if it is not true it can result in a decrease in employee loyalty, and can result in turnover and be hampered in achieving company goals. Methods of data processing in this study using descriptive quantitative methods with a population and a sample of 40 employees. The method of collecting data with surveys and research instruments using questionnaires. Researchers can draw conclusions from what was assessed by employees for this research, namely communication methods, employee welfare methods, occupational safety and health methods and industrial relations methods that have been applied and say they strongly agree. Except the incentive method still needs to be improved because the score is not as big as the other methods. Recommendations that can be given for incentive methods are to reward employees, give employees vacations or excursions, and can be discussed again with the company so that both parties can agree
