Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of e-recruitment in determining quality human resources at a five-star hotel in Jakarta, namely The Hermitage a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. E-recruitment has become a significant trend in the hospitality industry, because it provides convenience and efficiency in the employee recruitment process. A qualitative method approach was used in this study by conducting observations and interviews to obtain the required information. The results of the study show that the implementation of E-Recruitment has helped The Hermitage a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in finding quality employees with an efficient approach. Efforts after the recruitment process is carried out are to train and develop employees to ensure that they can adapt to the culture and specific work demands at the hotel. Thus, E-Recruitment can be a valuable tool in obtaining and retaining quality human resources that support The Hermitage a Tribute Portfolio Hotel Jakarta's competitive advantage.
