Abstract

This study aims to examine how accounts receivable are managed, starting from the procedures for granting receivables, the administration of receivables management, and the implementation of receivables collection at The Jayakarta Suites Bandung. This research is classified as descriptive qualitative, as it presents results in the form of data analysis. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the management of accounts receivable is still not optimal, as there are still uncollected receivables aged more than 121 days, which can disrupt the company’s cash flow and result in suboptimal revenue generation. This study concludes that a more effective and appropriate analysis of accounts receivable management is still needed at The Jayakarta Suites Bandung, so that receivables can be managed properly and the risk of uncollectible accounts can be minimized.
