Abstract
The role of the travel agent is indispensable as an intermediary between tourists and the components of the tourism industry (tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants, tourist transportation, entertainment venues, and souvenir shops). Enka Tour Bali is a travel agent in Bali that operates in the Domestic Division which only serves domestic guests. Enka Tour Bali has domestic and outbound tour packages. One of the tour packages that is the main support for Enka Tour Bali in conducting business tour is the industrial tour package. Enka Tour Bali wants to provide experiences that are in accordance with the characteristics and preferences of the market through its industrial tour packages, so that its market is not lost. The researcher is interested in evaluating the industrial tour package that are owned by Enka Tour Bali to be able to find out the suitability of the industrial tour packages with the market characteristics and preferences based on 3 aspects of the tour package according to Xia (2007) and Khanan (2014), namely sequence of attraction, schedule, and target markets. This research used descriptive research method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires to participants of the Enka Tour Bali industrial tour package, an interview with one of the Enka Tour Bali staff, and a literature study. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 96 respondents. The results of this study indicate the assessment of respondents (tour participants) of 3 aspects, namely sequence of attraction, schedule, and target markets in the industry tourism package at Enka Tour Bali is very good. However, there are still several indicators in each aspect that are considered not optimal enough, namely an indicator of the sequence of visits from one tourist attraction to another in the sequence of attraction aspect, indicator of the suitability of industrial tourist attractions with the needs of tour participants and the arrival times in accordance with the operational hours of each non-industrial tourist attraction in the schedule aspect, indicator of industrial tour packages in accordance with the objectives of the tour participants and recommended tourist attractions in the target markets aspect. The researcher provides recommendations for 3 aspects of the Enka Tour Bali industrial tour package in the form of a more effective arrangement of tourist attractions sequence and additional variations of tourist attractions in accordance with the characteristics and needs of tour participants to be recommended by Enka Tour Bali. Keywords : Industrial Tour Package, Evaluation, Sequence of Attarction, Schedule, Target Markets.
