Abstract

Shas Tour and Travel is a travel agent company located in Sukabumi City, West Java and this company was founded in 1999. In carrying out its marketing, Shas Tour and Travel has used social media such as Instagram, which of course cannot be separated from marketing communications carried out by Shas Tour and Travel in order to achieve promotional goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing communication activities that have been carried out by Shas Tour and Travel on the social media used, namely Instagram using the AISAS Model. The researcher used a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this study found the fact that the communication activities that have been carried out by Shas Tour and Travel based on these five dimensions, it can be concluded that they are still included in the good category except for the interest dimension which is in the average category, therefore it is necessary to develop marketing communications by Shas Tour and Travel in particular. in the Interest section in order to maximize marketing communications to consumers from Shas Tour and Travel.
