Abstract
As a company that works in the accommodation sector,Gumilang Regency Hotel implement CSR Program as one of the company’s commitment. Gumilang Regency Hotel has a decent CSR record due to constant CSR program activity for 30 years to maintain a good relation with local society because the hotel is directly bordered to the local residential areas. The aim of this research is to know further about the concept, implementation, and benefit CSR program based on “The Triple Bottom Line” or 3P which are Profit, People and Planet. This research started since February 2020 until June 2020. This Research used the qualitative method with case study. Interview, observation and all secondary data collection are done to get the most accurate and credible information. Interviews are done to both Hotel as the CSR executor and local society as the CSR recipient. After processing and analyzing the data from the interviewees, conclusion has been made. Gumilang Regency Hotel implement 3P aspect which known as Gumilang Cerdas, Gumilang Hijau & Gumilang Peduli. For the implementation stage divided into planned CSR & unplanned CSR. A lot of benefit and positive impact that both company and society received from CSR Program. Society support the company's business practices because the closeness and good relations between the hotel and the community also have a good impact on the business risks of the company where the company can focus on its business practices and avoid conflict with the local community.
