Abstract

This study aims to do the implementation activities of the Hospitality Industry Culture Profile, which is an hospitality organizations instrument to determine organizational culture and individual values in improving the employeeperformance at The Cipaku Garden Hotel Bandung Restaurant. This research is a quantitative study conducted by distributing questionnaires with census techniques to respondents who are waiters at The Cipaku Garden Hotel Bandung Restaurant. The questionnaire given compares the existing organizational culture and expected organizational culture. The data that has been collected is then processed with tools such as IBM SPSS 22.Then, perceived organizational culture, preferred organizational culture, and the fit between the two were assessed as predictors of the employee performance. Among preferred culture factors, Service Quality, Employee Development and Fair Compensation factors predicted the outcomes. Those factors are then implemented on the organizational culture as the outcomes. Keywords : Hospitality Industry Culture Profile, organizational culture, employee performance.
