Abstract

This research is a study that discusses the work environment in one department, namely the Front Office Deparment in a five-star hotel located in Bandung, namely The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. In this study, what is of interest to be investigated is how the work environment has been applied before. Starting from the technical environment, human environment and organizational environment. This research was conducted to produce something that can help improve the work environment that has been applied previously. With a qualitative research method with the case study approach used, this research therefore involves both researcher and resource person. The data analysis technique used is triangulation, making it easier for researchers to process the results or data obtained by interviews. The results of research conducted on the technical environment, human environment, organizational environment that can be used as research and knowledge that can be studied more deeply for better application. Then this research produced a conclusion and recommendation to be input or improvement for The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung.
