Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of digital training using the Atiom application on the performance of Front Office employees at the InterContinental Hotel Bandung. The implementation of digital training using the Atiom application was carried out through a train-the-trainer approach and guidance from SPV/Department Heads, as well as monitoring of the use of the Atiom application by the HR team. After the use of the Atiom application at the InterContinental Hotel Bandung, there was an increase in performance among front office employees at the InterContinental Hotel Bandung. A descriptive quantitative approach was chosen using the census method due to the limited population, involving all 21 Front Office employees. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to employees and interviews with the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the InterContinental Bandung Hotel. Statistical analysis results showed a significant positive relationship between training using the Atiom application and front office employee performance. The Spearman correlation test yielded a coefficient of 0.498 (p = 0.022), indicating a moderately positive relationship that is statistically significant. Furthermore, the partial t-test yielded a significance value of 0.019 (calculated t = 2.561 > table t = 2.093), concluding that training using the Atiom application has a significant positive effect on employee performance
